The development will redefine the skyline of Toronto’s central downtown core, offering an additional 2,135 residential units and 7,529 square meters of commercial space. Langham Place Project

Langham Place is a mixed-use development project located on 8 Argyle Street in Hong Kong. The project’s shopping mall is a great example of “vertical shopping malls,” with Xpresscalators that allow shoppers to reach the top floor conveniently. The project was completed in 2004 and has won several awards, including the Supreme Structural Award at the 2005 IStructE China Awards and the ICSE Best New Mixed Use Retail Project Award in 2007.

Three Garden Road Project

The Three Garden Road project is located in Hong Kong’s financial Central Business District, and its construction followed Great Eagle Holdings’ landmark acquisition of the property. The 1.6 million square-foot building is Hong Kong’s first intelligently designed office building, incorporating environmentally friendly features throughout. The project hosts several international financial institutions and was fully leased within a year of its completion. The building won the Highest Award from the Hong Kong Institute of Architects in 1994.
