Sergio Manchia (MCIP, RPP), a principal at UrbanCore Developments, provides interdisciplinary expertise to all aspects of the development process. He is also the principal at UrbanSolutions Planning & Land Development Consultants Inc. and Whitehouse Urban Design Inc., giving him a vast breadth of experience from which to draw upon. With over three decades in real estate, Manchia has developed upwards of 3,000 residential units and over 500,000 square feet of industrial space.

As a developer working across disciplines, including pre-construction homes, Manchia has a wealth of experience managing large development portfolios. He coordinates and acts as a liaison between professionals involved in Hamilton-area development.
