Leadership Team
The team is led by President Julian Baldassarra, who brings over 12 years of building experience to the company. At the right hand of Julian is Senior Vice President Gabriel DiMartino, who brings over 32 years of experience in the industry. Coined as a veteran, he leads the company’s approval and development of residential and mixed-use projects. Another team member leading the company to success is the VP of Construction, Michael Baglione.

Trinity Point offers a state-of-the-art Design Studio where clients can build their dream home. The studio features experienced design consultants who can guide clients through the process and help them pick the perfect features and finishes for their new home. Clients can choose from a wide selection of ceramic tiles, marble, granite, carpets, paint colours, mouldings, plumbing fixtures, cabinetry and more.

 Tarion Warranty
A home with Trinity Point is backed by Tarion, an independent corporation that protects new homebuyers in Ontario. The company allows buyers to register for Tarion’s MyHome right after they take possession. MyHome is an online tool that enables buyers to submit warranty claims directly to their builder and Tarion, view warranty information and alerts for important dates and warranty timelines, receive official correspondence from Tarion electronically, and schedule an inspection with Tarion when assistance is needed.

Completed and Upcoming Projects
Trinity Point has maintained an excellent track record from inception, with one completed project and several more upcoming neighbourhoods set in Vaughan, Milton, and Aurora. One of their featured projects is the Kingsmoors, a new high-rise development just moments from the heart of the city at the Vaughan Metropolitan Centre.
