    About Lifetime Developments

THE FOREFRONT OF TORONTO REAL ESTATE DEVELOPMENT

For over four decades, Lifetime Developments has been renowned for its creation of thriving residential neighbourhoods and successful commercial properties. With an artistic fervor woven into every project, Lifetime is dedicated to holistic city building in the Greater Toronto Area, building interconnected communities with the purpose of greatly enhancing the city’s vibrant real estate and development sectors.

With several projects that have garnered international acclaim, Lifetime strategically and consistently acquires unparalleled locations, shapes landmark communities, and rejuvenates Toronto’s neighbourhoods. In realizing their mandate of design innovation, architectural excellence, and enhancing the communities in which they build, Lifetime continues to elevate the standards for holistic city building.

An unrivaled passion for the industry and diverse portfolio complements Lifetime’ strong company culture that is rooted in corporate and social responsibility. Lifeline, Lifetime’s Charitable Foundation, was founded in 2014 out of the company’s commitment to actively support and enhance the communities in which they build. The foundation has since raised more than $3M for organizations that provide necessary aid and support for some of the most vulnerable and at-risk communities in the GTA and across the country.

In May 2020, Lifetime Developments, through Lifeline, launched the See You Soon campaign, a response to the pandemic and the citywide lockdowns. A collaboration between Lifetime Principal Brian Brown, Tyrone Edwards (renowned anchor, ETALK) and Ben Johnston (award-winning graphic artist), See You Soon Toronto presented limited edition merchandise and art, with all proceeds ($350K+ to date) going back to providing assistance to those who have been impacted by COVID-19 and need it most, including the hospitality industry, essential workers, mental health organizations and more.2023 has been a milestone year for Lifetime’s charitable efforts, culminating in the 10 year anniversary of its ‘Smashed’ ping pong tournament. Smashed has consistently been one of the most highly-anticipated and successful charity events within the real estate industry and has currently raised $3 million, to support charities like: SickKids, the Mackenzie Health Foundation, Make A Wish, Cortellucci Children’s Charity and Scalabrini International Migration Network.

Moreover, after two years in the making, the ‘Homecourt Advantage’ basketball court revitalization project was also launched. The Homecourt Advantage program is a charitable endeavor that aims to enhance Toronto’s community facilities by renovating existing outdoor basketball courts and infusing them with art. The first basketball court to be transformed is at Stanley Park and includes new court surfaces, poles, acrylic backboards, new benches, plantings and special mural called “Dreamers” by Ben Johnston. By transforming the court into a dynamic work of art, the project not only enhances the aesthetic appeal of the surrounding area but also fosters a sense of togetherness among community members.
